A Night of Shakespeare Shorts
A Night of Shakespeare Shorts is a celebration of Shakespeare's plays in the form of a competition hosted by the Petaluma Shakespeare Company, Shakesprints and the Phoenix Theater. Actors and actresses from all over the Bay Area compete to win $500.00 for Best Scene of the Evening. Shakespeare savvy judges from Marin Shakespeare, SF Shakespeare, ACT and others will adjudicate the evening of scenes interspersed with music by the talented Chris Newton. Come and decide for yourself! Everyone who attends will get a free slice of birthday cake. It's a bit early but Shakespeare's birthday is on April 26th. We don't think he'll mind.
