Easy Does it Qigong

Our instructor, Elad Levinson, is back with a new cycle of his popular class. Qigong is a mindful movement training that supports balance, relaxation, vigor, and strength. This class will address awareness in everyday life activities with a practical focus. Members free; non-members $5 donation requested.
