Offered at the beginning of Medicare’s annual enrollment period, this free public seminar helps Medicare beneficiaries make informed choices about their options as it details changes to original Medicare, Advantage Plans, and Part D Plans that take effect in January. BIO for Seminar presenter Frank Nelson, HICAP Regional Program Manager Frank Nelson is the Regional Program Manager of the North Bay Medicare Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP), serving 6 counties. He is a state-certified HICAP counselor, provides advocacy at the state level and represents HICAP regionally as a speaker and Board member. Frank works out of the Petaluma office of Senior Advocacy Services.
