Carlos spent ten years working as a project manager for his family's small construction company in San Diego. For the last eight years, after moving to Petaluma, he has worked in the Insurance Program space helping countless artisan contractors, nonprofits and trucking companies with Property & Casualty coverages, claims handling, risk prevention and transfer.
