DESCRIPTION:We\, at Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County\, are excited to host our annual CAPFest fundraiser! The funds raised will support our Pathways - Housing programs for families\, women\, and children. This carnival themed\, family friendly event with live music\, and delicious food will take place on August 21\, 2018 from 5:30 p.m.   8:30 p.m. at Lagunitas Brewery in Petaluma. We are excited to be partnering again this year with Connections   A Forum for Women in Business. Help us meet the needs of our Housing Programs. Sloan and Harold's homes with 22 beds each have provided a safe space for over 150 individuals over the past year with an average of 75% families and individuals exiting into permanent housing. Now more than ever\, we need your support to continue serving our community during this housing crisis. We look forward to seeing you at CAPFest 2018!
