DESCRIPTION:Shrug off tension carried over from the day by taking a walk with women! Gather with members at a local Petaluma park to walk and talk\, comforted by nature as we step in rhythm with the late afternoon sun\, honoring self\, each other and earth.\n\n\n\nOur walks are all about gathering as a community\, welcoming new members\, and most importantly\, getting outside and walking to stretch and move our energy. Each walk is hosted by\, Joy Regan\, WomenWalking founder\,. Joy will facilitate introductions\, include a short mindfulness exercise and then we get walking!\n\n\n\nWalks are organized and free for members of the WomenWalking community! \n\n\n\nNot a member yet? We use an online platform to connect\, exchange information and then meet up for walks. We are all about creating a welcoming and diverse community of women who want to connect for company to enjoy the outdoors. And because we believe walking and the natural world can happen anywhere\, we have members and walks that focus on a variety of environments. No matter your age or ability we have walking partners who will go your pace and go when and where you want to go!
