Path to Health and Wellness
Health organizations, City of Petaluma, Sonoma County Health Services and others have joined forces to provide community members with information about health services available to them and ways to live a healthier lifestyle. There will be health screenings, health resources, games, prizes, food trucks, and fun for the entire family.
