Supervisors Training Course: Mandatory Sexual Harassment Prevention
Protect your business, protect your employees. Attendees will learn how to recognize, prevent and correct unlawful conduct in the workplace. They will be able to identify what visual, verbal and physical acts constitute unlawful harassment, and how to report it. Harassment based on gender identity, expression and orientation will be defined and discussed. Benefits to in-person training are distraction-free time where trainees can really absorb the material without interruptions, are more likely to be engaged with the material, and can ask specific questions. Each trainee will receive a Certificate of Completion. Employers, you will be in compliance with the new training requirements, thus promoting a safe workplace with dignity and respect for all employees and third parties. This training will insulate you and your supervisors against workplace claims and lawsuits.
Join Chamber Member and Labor Law Attorney Jay G. Putnam, and get into compliance with the new California Law requiring employers (with 5 or more employees) to provide sexual harassment training to all employees by January 1, 2021
