Treat yourself to a walk at twilight (or close to it!) with local women at Petaluma’s Shollenberger Park. Leave your tensions behind as you let yourself be nourished by the evening softness, soothed by sounds of nature and encircled by the company of women while stepping into the rhythm of the outdoors. Walks contain mindful conversation and silence to allow for listening to self & the earth. *Walks are approximately one hour but vary according to each group’s pace
