Blake Hatcher is the CEO and Owner of Hatcher CFO Solutions, where he partners with growing businesses and nonprofits to build the financial systems and strategies they need to scale with confidence. An active CPA in California, Blake brings over 20 years of experience, having worked with high-growth companies like TaskUs and Shine America, as well as start-ups and Fortune 500s. His expertise spans corporate accounting, international finance operations, and CFO-level strategic guidance across sectors including tech, real estate, consumer products, NGOs, and media. Before founding Hatcher CFO in 2018, Blake served as Board Chair for Partners for Potential, a Los Angeles area nonprofit. In 2022, he and his wife moved to Petaluma with their two children. Outside of work, Blake enjoys golfing and learning the guitar.
