About Us

United Cerebral Palsy of the North Bay (UCPNB) is a nonprofit organization providing education, adult day programs, senior programs, vocational training, employment services, and recreational opportunities for children, youth, adults, and seniors with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) across Sonoma, Napa, Solano, and Marin counties.

UCPNB helps individuals build independence, develop life and job skills, participate in their communities, and pursue meaningful goals at every stage of life through special education, youth services, adult community-based programs, job coaching, vocational training, recreational programs, and senior support services tailored to the needs and goals of each participant.

In addition to direct support services, UCPNB partners with local businesses to provide workforce and fulfillment solutions including employment placements, supervised work crews, packaging and assembly services, janitorial and groundskeeping support, warehouse and fulfillment assistance, and secure document shredding. UCPNB also operates community-based recycling programs and thrift stores that provide valuable training and employment opportunities while supporting environmental sustainability and community engagement.

Through person-centered services and community partnerships, UCPNB helps individuals build independence while helping businesses meet operational needs with reliable, inclusive workforce solutions and meaningful community impact.
